Terms of Service

By Commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

General Information

  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission request without reason.

  • Terms of Service can change without prior notice.

  • There will be no refunds after payment unless I am unable to finish your commission for personal reasons.

  • Illustrations will generally take about 2-4 weeks. Live2D commissions will take about 4-6 weeks each for art and rigging. This time starts when I mark your commission as WIP.

  • I allow 3 free revisions sessions for any service. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

  • All commissions at any stage in the process have a chance to be showcased on social media. If you would like your commission to remain private, please notify me beforehand.

  • Please come in with a clear design with references. I will not accept commissions that are description based unless it is a design service. I will not accept AI references.

  • I cannot draw furries, mecha, nudity, gore, or art with malicious intent.

  • Please be aware of my art style as well as my strengths and weaknesses based on my previous works. If I feel as if I cannot deliver a high-quality product due to my limitations, I will have to decline/cancel your commission.

  • For Live2D works, I will do my best to help you set it up, but I cannot help if you are having issues outside of my control.

  • I will contact you via the platform you prefer. My socials will always be @pachikko_ on Twitter/X, @pachikko on Discord, and [email protected] for email. Please be wary of anyone else claiming it is me.

Payment and Prices

  • All prices are in USD. Payment will be done on PayPal via invoice.

  • My prices may change at any time, but I will confirm the price before charging.

  • For Live2D or larger commissions, a payment plan can be negotiated, but 50% upfront is required.

  • Commissions will not continue past the sketch phase until payment is received.

Usage and Rights

  • Commissions can be used for personal and monetized use. Commercial rights for merchandising must be discussed and will incur additional fees.

  • You must credit me when using and posting your commission.

  • I am allowed to use and post the artwork on my website and social media.

  • Tracing, editing, altering, and reselling of commissions are not allowed unless given written permission.

  • You may not, under any circumstances, use my work for NFTs or AI generation.
